One of the most common questions we get is

“How can I finance a flip with no money down?”

Financing can be a challenge, and sometimes it can be the most difficult part of investing. Luckily, the Vice President of Cogo Capital, Gary Myers, is here to walk us through the two methods of financing a flip with no money down!

Seller Financing

Seller financing: One option is to work with a seller to carry all or a portion of the costs.   Borrowers can use a private money lender like Cogo Capital, and have the seller carry the rest, the down payment, and/or the closing cost.

Gap Funders

Gap funders are people that provide a second lien position and fund the down payment and closing cost that private money lenders require.
