1. Understand Your Avatars
You need to understand your avatars, who these people are, why they want to work with you, why they wouldn’t want to work with you. You need to make sure that you understand everything that you possibly can about them so that you can create a positive, emotional response from them.
2. Define Your Tactics
Define your tactics and how you will market to them and how you will communicate with them.
3. Know Your Brand
Accurately define your company’s brand personality so that it resonates positively with your avatar.
4. Be Consistent
Be consistent in your messaging. Make them remember you.
