Lee Arnold is an international speaker, trainer, author and licensed broker who has spent many years perfecting the real estate and private money mortgage lending process through thousands of transactions. Lee is a leading expert on private money mortgages and has been featured as an investment strategy expert by Forbes, the Boston Globe, Market Watch, Reuters and Business Week. He has also consulted and taught for a number of national financial literacy companies.

Jaclyn Olsen joined Secured Investment Corp as Chief Financial Officer in May 2007. In this position, Olsen serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction of the Company. Within finance, she guides the controller, accounting, tax, and internal audit functions to deliver the company’s continued aggressive growth and exceed its clients’ expectations.
Prior to joining Secured Investment Corp, Olsen held previous accounting roles with Venafi, Inc. and Linux Networx and she also operated her own financial consulting practice. Throughout her 20-year career in accounting and finance, Olsen has established a reputation as a transformational leader working with both start-ups and mature companies where her expertise and experience guided significant growth and scalable accounting infrastructure.
She holds an MBA in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Westminster College.

Michael Jerrow leads operations for Secured Investment Corp. He directs the sales team and supports cross-team delivery of client services, corporate partnerships, infrastructure, and access to real estate investment capital.
Prior to joining Secured Investment Corp, Michael spent nearly 20 years of his professional life in higher education following 5 years serving as a software developer. His migration to the education space led him to a role with Carrington College. He served in a variety of functions for the college, from project management to IT support to campus instructor and more.
One of his key roles was as the Director of Real Estate Planning which focused on helping define geographic growth strategies, develop new facility standards, and optimize the institution’s real estate portfolio. During this time, he also created and oversaw the institution’s Project Management Office which was responsible for ensuring successful execution of the annual operating plan. From there he transitioned to executive leadership for the Spokane campus and served in the role of Regional Director.
He holds a BA in Project Management from DeVry University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.

From large corporations such as Hearst and SBC to startups like Manta Media and UpSnap, he has built, managed and mentored marketing teams as large as 45 members. At Manta Media he helped to grow the company into one of the largest, most trafficked websites in the U.S.

Artur Budimir has been working with Cogo Capital since 2019, under the tutelage of Lee Arnold. He has rapidly scaled up during his time with the company due to his 10+ years in sales & sales management. Currently as the Account Executive for Cogo Capital, he is solely dedicated to forging new relationships with like-minded lenders to accelerate the continual growth and expansion of Cogo Capital.

Brandon comes to Cogo Capital with over 15 years of sales experience. Through his career he has developed a reputation for being honest, having integrity and for making things happen for his clients. He has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals that are put in front of him. Brandon brings those skills and history to Cogo Capital in his role as Broker Success Advisor.
In the role of Broker Success Advisor, Brandon coordinates with and learns from the Directors and Managers of every department within Cogo Nation. His goal is to bring all the expertise from these proven individuals to the Private Money Brokers that he works with.

Working with department managers, Charlie’s mission as brand manager is to elevate the visibility of the Cogo Capital brand through content development, digital advertising, and SEO to generate traffic and leads for their sales teams.
